We want you to love your Goose the Band apparel, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags are attached to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to download and print your prepaid shipping label, which will be emailed to you immediately upon approval.
Pack Your Items
Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible and affix the return shipping label to the outside of the box.
Ship and Refund
Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
